Service and Support
Annual Service
All new installations are serviced as part of commissioning. This service will last a year. Thereafter we recommend that all system are serviced once a year. We will contact you after 11 months and organise for one of our service engineers to visit and service your boiler and check your heating system. Once the system is serviced you will be issued an annual maintenance certificate.
Systems that are out of service or were not installed by us are inspected and given a report on what works will be needed to complete a service. If the work is authorised, a service will be completed and an annual maintenance certificate issued.
Maintenance Contracts
We provide a maintenance contract which provides cover in case of breakdowns. This contract allows you to call for a support engineer (dependant on the support package you choose). The support packages are:
- Gold:
24hr cover , 4 hour response time. Fix or make safe. Priority replacement parts and full repair starting next working day. - Silver:
9am – 5pm Weekdays only cover, 8 hour response time. Fix or make safe. Priority replacement parts and full repair starting next working day. - Bronze:
9am – 5pm Weekdays only cover, next day response time. Fix or make safe. Full repair starting within 5 working days.
Non Contract Support
Subject to availability we will endeavour to assist in any call outs. A credit card payment will be required before an engineer is deployed.
